NEWTOWN (AP) – An eastern Pennsylvania banker has waived his right to a hearing on charges that he pretended to be a teenage girl so he could persuade other girls to send him semi-nude or scantily clad photos of themselves.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports 35-year-old Andrew Milligan III, of Radnor, now faces charges of child pornography possession, criminal use of a computer and corruption of minors in Common Pleas Court.

County detectives raided Millligan’s home in December and say he subsequently acknowledged viewing child pornography for years and with using the alias “Stacy Markson” to get other girls to send him images.

County detectives began investigating after getting a tip about his computer activities from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Authorities have said Milligan works for an unspecified European bank.
