I read in this newspaper that Gov. Josh Shapiro was going to continue Tom Wolf’s policy of not upholding the death penalty.

If our Legislature would have the gumption to pass a “heartbeat bill,” which would ban abortions once a heartbeat is detected in a fetus, I wonder if he would sign it to protect the life of an innocent child the way he wants to protect the lives of convicted killers?
