Larry A. Bahr, 75, of Bethel Park, died unexpectedly Friday, August 30, 2013.
He was born June 20, 1938, in Yankton, S.D., a son of Harry and Inez Bahr.
Mr. Bahr was an optician for 53 years.
He was an outdoorsman.
Mr. Bahr was an active member of St. Louise de Marillac Church.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Beverly; children Cynthia Cochenour, Brian (Patty) Bahr and Paul Bahr; and grandchildren Andrew, Ryan and Steven.
Friends welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-941-3211. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, in St. Louise de Marillac Church, Upper St. Clair. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Ladies of Charity at St. Louise de Marillac Church, 320 McMurray Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241.
