Denise L. Mull, 70, of Washington, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023, in Concordia Hospice of Washington, Donnell House, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 20, 1953, in Washington, a daughter of the late Walter and Ena Poole.
Denise was a graduate of Washington High School and worked for RCA until her retirement.
Surviving are two sons, Aaron W. (Keisha Woods) Poole and Arthur W. (Malaya Thomas) Mull II, both of Washington; a sister, Belinda (Michael) Jones of Campbell, Ohio; 11 grandchildren: Shawniece, Erin, Cathy, Aalayah, Alisha, Ta-Leaha, La-Tayah, Arthur, Harlem, Karma and Egypt; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Arthur “Big Art” Mull.
Deceased is a brother, Myron Poole.
Friends will be received for a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023, in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. All other services were private.
