The following people were sentenced recently in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Paul A. Rusnak Jr., 30, of 34 1/2 Decker St., Monongahela; simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged May 19 and 31 and Oct. 23, 2012; sentence – 6 to 24 months in jail, $250 restitution, 18 months of probation, banned from 7-11 in New Eagle, no contact with victim.
Timothy M. Tortorice, 47, of 109 Fairview Ave., Elrama; harassment, intimidation of a witness; charged Sept. 8 and Oct. 2, 2012; sentence – 90 days to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, no contact with victims.
Ashley S. Matthews, 26, of 605 Reed Ave., Monessen; access device fraud; charged March 24, 2011; sentence – $4,773.72 restitution, 23 months IPP with the first 3 months in jail followed by high-impact supervision.
William Harps, 47, of Washington County jail; escape; charged May 3; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail.
Korey R. Keener, 31, of 1270 Route 40 West, Claysville; terroristic threats; charged June 5; sentence – 5 to 12 months in jail, no contact with victim.
Dane Luster, 38, of 436 Valley St., McDonald; recklessly endangering another person, simple assault; charged April 23; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.
Bruce J. Beard, 51, of 5 S. Main St., Fairchance; fraudulently alter/forge/counter title, registration or inspection; charged April 6; sentence – 2 to 12 months on home monitoring.
Raymond E. Kennedy, 54, of 680 Old Ridge Road, Avella; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Oct. 9, 2012; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine.
Dean A. Brooks, 24, of 3 Antil Ave., McDonald; DUI; charged April 23; sentence – 96 hours to 6 months on home monitoring, $300 fine.
Amy J. Trusler, 46, of 3017 National Pike, Daisytown; DUI; charged March 1; sentence – 96 hours to 6 months on home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders were:
Corey P. Cameron, 29, of 4 McBride Road, Canonsburg, admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance, charged Sept. 7.; Donna J. Yocolano, 53, of 825 E. Main St., Monongahela, admitted for 12 months for disorderly conduct, charged Jan. 19; William T. Darrall, 46, of 275 N. Ave., Apt G7, Washington, admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI.
