I found the Saturday article, “Police drawn by false alarms to local communications tower,” amazing on so many levels.

The employees had no official identification. Irish Tower of Maryland never called any of the communities ahead of the time. They actually set off alarms, but just walked into an important structure without notifying anyone.

If an act of terrorism happens in our own backyard, don’t be surprised,
