Jay C. Franklin, 27, of Uniontown; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Nov. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation for each count to run concurrently, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Marquise D. White, 33, of Pittsburgh; false identification, driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked, required financial responsibility and operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection; charged July 26; sentence- 6 to 12 months in jail and a $525 fine.
Clifford Moeller III, 27, of 1035 Jefferson Ave., Washington; two counts of criminal trespass; charged Oct. 17; sentence – two years of probation.
Mijerian M. Witcher, 19, of 813 Canteberry Court, Washington; conspiracy to commit theft and conspiracy to commit robbery; charged Aug. 2; sentence – two years of probation.
Hey Andy Restaurant and Lounge Inc., of 1231 West Main St., Monongahela; gambling devices; charged May 13; sentence – $3,000 fine.
Joshua J. Frank, 37, of Verona; retail theft; charged Aug.30; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Daniel J. Bogol, 39, of 7 Steele St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged May 20; sentence – 6 to 24 months in jail, restitution of $250 and no contact with the victim.
David J. McDonough, 24, of 217 Camelford Road, McMurray; second offense of Driving Under the Influence; charged Oct. 3; sentence – 90 days to 18 months on electronic home monitoring, an 18-month driver’s license suspension and a $1,500 fine.
Joshua L. Sheppard, 33, of 42 Houston Street, Washington; third offense of DUI, driving while operating privileges suspended, altered or forged documents, driving while operating privileges were suspended or revoked; charged Aug.9, 2011; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail for the DUI charge and a $1,500 fine; 90 days in jail to run consecutively and a $1,000 fine for driving while operating privileges were suspended; 90 days to 18 months to run concurrently for the altered or forged documents charge; 90 days to run consecutively and a $1,000 fine for the charge of driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.
Morgan C. McKee, 21, of 195 Dorothy Ave., Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver drugs; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Ernest Leroy Majors, 30, of Donora; delivery of heroin; charged April 24; sentenced – 2 1/2 to 5 years in prison with credit for time served; eligible for the Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive program.
Andrew Patrick Schade, 40, of 108 Lee St., McDonald, sale of synthetic cannabinoids; charged July 26; sentence – electronic home monitoring for 9 to 23 months with permission for work release.
The following people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
George H. Cheplic II, 41, of 315 Mingo Church Road, Finleyville; admitted for 12 months for DUI, first offense. He was charged Aug. 24.
Brian M. Lewis, 35, of 75 Allen Ave., Donora; admitted for 23 months for simple assault and terroristic threats. He was charged June 2 and June 21.

John W. Koster III, 19, of 1010 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft, criminal conspiracy and two counts of corruption of minors; charged Nov. 26; sentence – two to 12 months of probation for each count, no contact with the victim, and restitution.
John J. Joseph III, 35, of Chester; theft; charged April 4, 2010; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail concurrent with prior sentence and restitution.

Sergio J. Cardenas, 29, of Lewistown, N.Y.; terroristic threats; charged Aug. 9, 2009; sentence – 24 months of probation and firearms confiscated and destroyed.
David P. Bercik, 26, of 719 McKean Ave., Charleroi; simple assault; charged Sept. 29; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
Deshawn Barfield, 20, of 865 Addison St., Washington; three counts of simple assault and criminal mischief; charged May 24; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail for each count of simple assault to run concurrently, 1 to 3 months in jail for the criminal mischief charge to run concurrently, and restitution.
Deborah L. Fitch, 51, of 11 Prosser Drive, Finleyville; retail theft and conspiracy theft; charged Nov. 6, 2012; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail, 3 to 11 months in jail to run consecutively to the prior charge, restitution to Walmart in the amount of $385.07 and banned from Walmart.
Jaymes W. Hillen, 26, of Lawrence; terroristic threats; charged July 22; sentence – 23 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Patricia A. Liptak, 52, of Grindstone; simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct; charged July 3, 2012; sentence – 24 months of probation for simple assault and 12 months of probation to run consecutively on the recklessly endangering another person charge, ordered to surrender firearms, and no contact with victim.

Michael R. O’Hanlon Jr., 25, of Morgantown, W.Va.; DUI, second offense, and recklessly endangering another person; charged Oct. 27, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail for recklessly endangering another person, 30 days to 6 months in jail to run concurrently for the DUI, and a $750 fine.
Gregory R. Hetrick, 24, of 24 Limestone Drive, Finleyville; accident involving death or injury; charged Sept. 13, 2012; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with work release permitted, no operation of a vehicle until licensed by PennDOT, and restitution.

Brian R. Magenis, 56, of 18 Francis St., Eighty Four, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Sept. 7.
Taylor J. McAndrews, 22, of 249 Curry Road, Wayensburg, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. McAndrews was charged Aug. 13.

Kimberly Quarture, 46, of 887 Thomas-84 Road, Eighty Four, was admitted for six months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. She was charged Aug. 24.
Erin M. Kelly, 30, of Tarentum, was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI and speeding. She was charged Sept. 7.
Shawn R. Hartsock, 25, of 165 Ridge Road, Brownsville, was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI and speeding. He was charged July 14.
Robert M. O’Brien II, 33, of 163 Ridge Road, Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Oct. 20.
James M. Angelini, 30, of 238 Point View Drive, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Nov. 3.
Sidney Scott Neal, 50, of 1241 South Hewitt Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. Neal was charged Oct. 27.
Donald R. Johnson Jr., 59, of 57B Leet St., Washington; was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Sept. 28.
Antonio K. Dockery, 19, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI-controlled substance. He was charged Sept. 27.
Evan F. Hunter, 25, of West Alexander, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Oct. 20.
Manuel Diaz, 34, of 215 Moon Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Oct. 27.
Mark McGary, 48, of 240 Center Ave., Burgettstown, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Oct. 29.

Cassie L. Matusky, 28, of 1054 Finley St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’ license suspension for a first offense of DUI. She was charged Sept. 15.
Desiree L. Porter, 46, of 22 Mill St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI-controlled substance. Porter was charged Oct. 20.
Devon L. Olson, 28, of Rochester, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Sept. 23.
Christine A. Vettorel, 42, of 4122 Battleridge Road, McDonald, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. She was charged Nov. 10.
Sean M. Tobin, 26, of 308 Station St., McDonald, was admitted for 12 months, issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension and ordered to pay $217 in restitution to state police for DUI-controlled substance. He was charged Oct. 21.
Melissa J. McLaughlin, 37, of 1767 Brush Run Road, Avella, was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI. She was charged June 29.
Zachary J. Miele, 23, of 132 Keithwood Drive, Valencia, was admitted for 12 months, issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Aug. 30.
Kodi M. Foley, 21, of 1412 E. Maiden St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Nov. 11.
Marc Lariviere, 52, of 76 Matthews Spur Road, Eighty Four, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Aug. 17.
Jordan T. Bryan, 24, of Moon Township, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Oct. 13.

Pamela Matthews, 47, of 3291 Millers Run Road, Cecil, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. She was charged Nov. 11.
Michael Sweetie Jr., 24, of 623 North St., McDonald, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged June 2.
Darla R. Conrad, 39, of 807 Old West Road, Bentleyville, was admitted for six months of a first offense of DUI. She was charged Oct. 20.
William H. Fosbrink, 45, of 625 Marne Ave., Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 30-day driver’s license suspension for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Feb. 16.
Richard Carrasco Jr., 28, of Indiana, Pa., was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI. He was charged Sept. 6.
Jade A. Rea, 19, of 145 Lone Pine Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months and ordered to have no contact with the victim for corruption of minors. She was charged April 18.
Joshua S. Petrilli, 25, of Bridgeville, was admitted for 24 months for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property and was ordered to pay restitution. He was charged April 5.
Brad M. Sovich, 38, of 17 Chirumbolo Lane, Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months and issued a 60-day driver’s license suspension for DUI. He was charged June 22.
