Action: Council revoked a previous restriction on outdoor music at the farmers market at St. David’s Episcopal Church on East McMurray Road that is scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. every Wednesday from May 28 to the end of September. If the music becomes a problem, the initial restriction will be reinstated.

Council approved a 21-lot subdivision on Ironwood Estates, a new trend in conservational development. The plan is on a steep parcel off Boyer Road.

Council approved the final site plan for the Crossings-Sheriff’s Court plan by Eddy Land Co. that will permit driveways and entrances to planned patio homes to be from the front and will also allow for the removal of trees on Sheriff’s Court as well as parallel parking on the road.

Council unanimously approved changes to the motor vehicle ordinance adding a stop sign for Center Church Road, changing the yield on Glenn Drive to a stop as Circle Drive has additional traffic, revising the ordinance to change the 15 mph speed limits that are not enforceable, and also changing Hays Road to have a no parking section because of the width and volume of traffic.

Council approved recommendations from the township Parks and Recreation Board to include field improvements and three new scoreboards on fields in Peterswood Park. The signs will be funded by the township softball and baseball associations.

Next meeting: 7:30 p.m. May 12 at the municipal building
