YMCA offers new program

The Mon Valley YMCA is offering a four-week session of HIIT, a 6 a.m. high-intensity, interval-training class that will be held Mondays and Thursdays, beginning May 19.
Participants will challenge their cardiovascular and muscular endurance in the 50-minute class. The workout will boost the metabolism and burn more fat.
