Elizabeth Monich, 90, of Finleyville, formerly of Floreffe, died Sunday, December 23, 2012, in Mt. Vernon Assisted Living Center, South Park.
She was born November 29, 1922, in Clairton, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Kelsa Kepich.
Mrs. Monich was a homemaker and a member of Ascension Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton.
Surviving are two sons, Ronald Monich and wife Rose of Finleyville and Eugene Monich; a granddaughter, Katherine; and two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Garrett.
Deceased are her husband, Nicholas Monich, who died in 2008, and a son, Raymond Monich.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where parastas services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 28, with Father Ivan Mina as celebrant. Private interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, Clairton. Memorial contributions may be made to Finleyville Food Pantry, 3595 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, PA 15332.
