Jeffrey Shane Blackburn, 68, of Daisytown, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2023.

Beloved husband of Rabara Polacek Blackburn.

Born on January 6, 1955 in Charleroi/Monessen, PA, a son of Nancy and the late Clarence Blackburn.

Loving father of Sadie Blackburn of Washington, and Wesley Blackburn of Boston, MA. Cherished brother, of Laurie Frisky, John Frisky, Barbara Herman, Russell Blackburn, and Janie Adams. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jeffrey graduated from Bentworth High School in 1973. He had a career driving in waste management for 30 years and retired from his job in November 2020. Jeff was a member of the Miners Club in Rickeyville where he enjoyed poker nights, Christmas parties, and summer picnics. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
