Theft: Daniel Reilly, 20, of Cokeburg, is being charged with the theft of a weedwacker belonging to Edward Raymond Thomas, of 670 Buena Vista St., police said.

Drunkenness charge: Nathan Lloyd Turner, 37, an Allegheny County resident, was found passed out about 7 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Houston Post Office, police said. Police said Turner will be charged with public drunkenness.
