Johnston – 50 years
Dave and Ann Johnston of Washington will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a get-together for family and friends planned by their daughters and their families.
Mr. and Mrs. Johnston were married June 20, 1964, in St. Bernard Church in Mt. Lebanon.
Their daughters are Janis (Clark) McKenna and Barbie (Bryan) Jones.
They have five grandchildren, Haley, Cole and Holly McKenna and Hannah and Sarah Bryker.
Both are retired teachers from the Washington School District, where Mr. Johnston was a former football and track coach. He also served on Washington City Council and the Washington School Board. He is a member of First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Johnston is a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
