PITTSBURGH (AP) — Greyhound says a bus driver remains on leave while the company investigates a complaint — and a passenger’s cellphone video — that reportedly shows the driver texting while piloting a bus.

The bus was heading from Pittsburgh to Columbus, Ohio, on Sunday when passenger Sarah Struewing, says she noticed the driver text messaging.

Struewing says she had her boyfriend call the bus station in Pittsburgh where, the couple says they were told there was nothing the company could do. But when the boyfriend called the bus station in Columbus, he was told he could file a complaint.

A Greyhound spokeswoman released a statement Monday saying the matter is under investigation.

The company says it has “a zero tolerance policy of driving using their mobile devices at all while driving.”
