The following people appeared recently in Washington County Court for sentencing.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Richard H. Banner, 57, of Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance and manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver; charged Dec. 22, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation for the first count and 11 months of probation for the second count to run concurrently.

Danielle M. Glesk, 27, of Charleroi; possession of heroin; charged Nov. 4, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Tonya L. White, 33, of Donora; Case 1: driving while operator privileges revoked and driving without financial responsibility; charged July 11, 2013; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail with 30 days to be served on electronic home monitoring and a $600 fine; Case 2: two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 29, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation for the first count and 11 months of probation for the second count to run concurrently.

Eric J. Carter, 40, of Carmichaels; DUI-first offense and driving while license suspended or revoked; charged July, 8, 2012; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail for the DUI charge, 90 days in jail to run consecutively for the second charge and a $1,000 fine.

Donovan L. Piccolo, 32, of Monongahela; operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device; charged Dec. 4, 2013; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring and a $300 fine.

Anthony J. Neil, 35, of Pittsburgh; resisting arrest and terrorist threats; charged March 6; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served. Neil is to be paroled for the rest of his sentence and is not to have contact with a Cecil Township police officer.

Aaron M. King, 35, of Allison; aggravated assault and flight to avoid apprehension; charged Dec. 27, 2013; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail with work release, two years of probation to run consecutively and 100 hours of community service.

Dana M. Macaulay, 31, of Glenshaw; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 15, 2013; sentence – $150 fine.

Logan V. Bosnyak, 19, of Eighty Four; theft by unlawful taking; charged Dec. 16, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation, 50 hours of community service and an unspecified fine.

Ronald Knochel, 55, of Washington; carrying a firearm without a license; charged Dec. 6, 2013; sentence – two years of probation and 25 hours of community service.

William A. Richards, 27, of Elrama; receiving stolen property; charged Nov. 21, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, $30 of restitution and no contact with the victim.

Jason L. Hartzell, 34, of Washington; theft; charged Jan. 22; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, restitution of $546.53 and no contact with victim.

Travis J. Blackburn, 22, of Coal Center; DUI-third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 15; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, a $1,000 fine, a 12-month driver’s license suspension and 18 months of probation.

Robert T. Steele Jr., 20, of Monongahela; selling a controlled substance; charged Aug. 8, 2013; sentence – 3 to 12 months of electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Timothy Gamble, 18, of Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
