Father, daughter cited for fight: State police said they responded to a fight between a father and his daughter Friday night in which she allegedly bit him on the back. Police said they were called to the fight at 2089 Arlington Ave. in Canton Township at 6:25 p.m. and found James Phillips, 58, and Aubrey Eakin, 31, of Washington, fighting inside the father’s house. Police charged Eakin with simple assault and harassment, and cited Phillips for harassment.

Simple assault charge: Joseph Zidich, 37, of Washington, was charged with simple assault and harassment after state police said he was involved in a fight at a Park Avenue residence in South Franklin at 5:20 p.m. Friday. Police did not identify the victim or give an address where the fight occurred.

Truck drives through gate: George Dauberger, 72, of Memphis, Tenn., will be cited for criminal mischief after state police said he crashed his truck through the front security gate of the Four Seasons resort in West Finley Township shortly after 5 p.m. Friday. Police did not say why Dauberger crashed his truck through the gate or how much damage was done to the property.
