A New Eagle woman accused of sexually assaulting a boy more than a decade ago when he was about 7 years old waived her case to court Wednesday.

Savannah May Ramsey, 28 of 121 Mulberry St., waived a preliminary hearing on charges of sexual assault and indecent assault. A charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse was dismissed during the proceeding in Central Court before District Judge Jay Weller.

She remains free on her own recognizance. Ramsey also is to have no contact with the alleged victim, who is now an adult.
