Christopher Allen Tressler, 29, of 1086 Farm Road, was arrested Jan. 11 after running a stop sign on Bill George Drive at Route 188. He had a blood-alcohol level of .170 percent.

Tressler pleaded guilty June 10 to DUI and three summary traffic violations.

As part of the county intermediate punishment program, Tressler is required to spend the first 10 days on house arrest and the remaining time on regular supervision. He also was ordered to pay $1,060 in fines and perform 50 hours of community service.
