Sarris golf outing raises $70,000

Sarris Candies recently raised more than $70,000 at its annual Frank Sarris Memorial Golf Classic to support the National Kidney Foundation, National MS Society, All Saints Greek Orthodox Church and Frank Sarris Public Library.
The golf outing was held at Southpointe Golf Club and attracted more than 170 golfers. It included a pre-party the night before at the home of Athena Sarris, with breakfast, a full day of golf, dinner and prizes the day of the outing.
Sarris Candies will donate $20,000 to the National Kidney Foundation, $20,000 to the National MS Society, $20,000 to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church and $10,000 to Frank Sarris Public Library.
