MECHANICSBURG (AP) – Authorities said the body of a missing woman has been found near Harrisburg, and a man who was seen driving her car has been arrested.

The Perry County coroner Friday confirmed that the body found earlier this was that of 27-year-old Erica Lynn Klinger. She was last seen June 8 leaving a gas station where she worked, the Patriot-News reports.

Police arrested 29-year-old Luis Lugo-Davila of Harrisburg on Friday. He had fled after he was previously spotted driving Klinger’s car. Lugo-Davila hasn’t been charged in Klinger’s death but is charged with fleeing arrest, theft, and receiving stolen property. He’s being held at the Dauphin County jail, unable to post $500,000 cash bond.

No attorney was listed on court papers. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 14.
