Joshua B. Milko, 21, 1005 Indiana Ave., Glassport; false identification to law enforcement; charged Dec. 14; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Parrish S. Middlebrook, 21, 601 Halcomb Ave., Clairton; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 8; sentence – $300 fine.
Michael R. Kolosky Jr., 22, disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 1; sentence – $300 fine.
Victoria L. Howell, 40, 128 Linden Ave. Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Nicole C. Yarnot, 30, 135 Kenric Ave., Donora; theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Jan. 7; sentence -12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Thomas M. Yohe, 36, 1219 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 27, 2013; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Anthony F. Martin, 42, 1978 B Route 2023, Monongahela; defiant trespass; charged March 23, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with Norfolk Southern Railroad or Maple Creek Mine and proceeds of scrap metal to be returned to Maple Creek Mine or Ohio Coal Co.
Robert S. Leach, 41, 678 Route 837, Courtney; theft, receiving stolen property, damaging railroad property, defiant trespass and trespass by motor vehicle; charged March 23, 2013; sentence -12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
