Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court for sentencing.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Joshua Okert, 31, of McKeesport; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 28, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Mark L. Ealy, 42, of Washington; DUI-second offense; charged Jan. 23; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with the first 30 days on SCRAM and the minimum to be served on electronic home monitoring, and a $750 fine.
James E. Moss, 34, of Burgettstown; DUI; charged Feb. 6; sentence – 90 days of electronic home monitoring and a $1,000 fine.
Ryan Wallace, 16, of Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver or manufacture; charged May 23, 2011; sentence – 18 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring.
Lori L. Allen, 48, of Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 26, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Denis R. Gaber, of Houston, DUI-first offense and driving while operator privilege revoked; charged Dec. 2, 2013; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, a $1,200 fine and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Mark D. Bungard Jr., 32, of Washington; DUI-first offense; charged Dec. 9, 2013; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with the minimum to be served on electronic home monitoring and the first 60 days to be served with SCRAM, a $1,500 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Daniel J. Bronson, 26, of Stahlstown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 24, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Dane J. Sayes, 33, of McMurray; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 3, 2013; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Matthew J. Perry, 27, of Monessen; possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 9, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation for each count. The sentences are to run concurrently.
Homer J. Pierce, 42, of Washington; DUI-first offense and driving while license suspended; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail for the DUI charge, 90 days in jail to run consecutively for the second charge and a $2,000 fine.
Homer J. Pierce 42, of Washington; DUI-second offense; charged June 30, 2008; sentence – 90 days to 17 months in jail and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Joel S. Schreiner, 28, of Avella; DUI-third offense and operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device; charged May 23, 2013; sentence – 1 to 2 years in prison for the DUI charge, 45 to 90 days to run consecutively for the second count and a $2,800 fine.
Brandon L. Raineri, 34, of Carnegie; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 10, 2011; sentence – 4 years of probation.
Steven R. Baron, 33, of Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operator privileges revoked; charged May 24, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, a $200 fine and a 12-months driver’s license suspension.
Michelle L. Mueller, 30, of Finleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Paradise L. Wilson, 22, of New Kensington; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 6, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, no contact with co-defendant or anyone using drugs or people with criminal convictions.
Salvatore Conte, 57, of Canonsburg; delivery of heroin; charged Nov. 21, 2012; sentence – 3 to 18 months in jail.
Jennifer J. Nelson, 43, of Eighty Four; possession of heroin; charged Oct. 26, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Devante L. Brooks, 21, of Bridgeville; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 8, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months on electronic home monitoring.
David A. Jackson, 23, of Pricedale; defiant trespass; charged May 31, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Fayette Terrace and any other Washington County Housing Authority facilities.
Johnny H. LeMasters, 64, of Washington; DUI-second offense; charged Oct. 31, 2013; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail and a $300 fine.
Peter A. Kostanich, 45, of Washington; DUI-third offense; charged Jan. 9; sentence – 12 to 23 months on electronic home monitoring, an 18-month driver’s license suspension and a $2,500 fine.
Noah C. West, 28, Canonsburg; DUI-second offense; charged March 3; sentence – 6 to 18 months on electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Christopher M. Lovejoy, 45, of Washington; DUI-second offense; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, a $750 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Rebecca A. Sullivan, 43, of McMurray; DUI-second offense; charged Nov. 22, 2013; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail with credit for time served. The remaining balance is to be served on electronic home monitoring. Sullivan also must pay a $1,500 fine and received an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Frank T. Nichols Jr., 54, of Donora; DUI-third offense; charged Nov. 23, 2013; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail, a $500 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.
William J. Siber, 35, of West Newton; DUI-third offense, possession of a controlled substance and driving while driving privileges were suspended; charged Dec. 23, 2013; sentence – 15 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation to run concurrently, a $3,500 fine and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Albert J. Shekerko, 47, of McDonald; DUI-second offense; charged Dec.7, 2013; sentence – 6 to 18 months on electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine and an 18-months driver’s license suspension.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Timothy Gamble, 18, of Canonsburg; burglary; charged March 28; sentence- 3 to 12 months in jail and restitution in the amount of $740.
Randy Atkins, 45, of Langeloth; terroristic threats and unlawful restraint; charged July 26, 2013; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail for the first count and 3 to 11 months in jail for the second count to run consecutively. Atkins is not to have contact with the victim.
Leland R. Samples, 37, of Hyndman; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 8, 2013; sentence – 6 days to 12 months in jail, $125 in restitution and no contact with victims.
Michael J. Traficante, 48, of Bethel Park; scrap metal theft; charged June 4, 2013; sentence – $500 fine and $2,739.30 in restitution to Norfolk Southern.
Matthew M. Hill, 21, of Charleroi; two counts of burglary; charged Sept. 3, 2013; sentence – 5 year of probation and 250 hours of community service.
Scott J. Alexander, 55, of Charleroi; endangering welfare of a child; charged Jan. 16, 2013; sentence – 5 years of probation.
Ryan M. Gill, 24, of Canonsburg; harassment; charged May 5, 2013; sentence – 90 days of probation.
Donald E. Lewis, 41, of Ellsworth; retail theft; charged Sept. 3, 2013; sentence – 6 months of probation and no contact with Dollar General.
Gerald D. Cox, 45, of Pittsburgh; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and access device issued to another who did not have authorization; charged Oct. 2, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation and $2,700 in restitution for the first count and one year of probation for the second count to run concurrently.
Charlene M. Kyle, 31, of Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 26; sentence – 12 months of probation for the first count, 11 months of probation for the second count to run concurrently and 12 months of probation for the third count to run concurrently. Kyle also must complete 100 hours of community service.
