Man sentenced for drug charge

An area man was sentenced to probation and electronic home monitoring Thursday after he pleaded guilty to delivery of cocaine.
Ryan L. Wallace, 25, no address available, appeared before Washington County Judge Valarie Costanzo.
Wallace was arrested and charged after he sold cocaine to a confidential informant in a parking lot along Henderson Avenue, Washington on May 23, 2011. Costanzo sentenced Wallace to 18 months of intensive probation and 6 months of electronic home monitoring as a part of a negotiated plea agreement.
