Route 19 traffic to be restricted

There will be a single-lane restriction on Route 19 northbound at the ramp from Interstate 70 westbound in South Strabane Township to allow Pennsylvania American Water Co. crews to do utility work from 9 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday.

When necessary, flaggers will control traffic.
