Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman was:
Colleen Snyder, 23, 97 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; theft and public drunkenness; charged Jan. 14; sentence – 23 months of probation, 25 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Sheldon L. Morris, 19, 860 Broad St., Washington; institutional vandalism; charged May 26, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Cristy L. Culp, 34, 23 Horseshoe Drive, Roscoe; retail theft; charged May 17; sentence – 23 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Dollar General.
Jeremy D. Black, 34, 379 E. Beau St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 4, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.
Justin J. Budzanoski, 32, 146 Washington St., Cokeburg; receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Dec. 2; sentence – 30 days to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.
Ashlee M. Kniha, 28, 428 Fourth St., Waynesburg; using an access device issued to another without consent and conspiracy; charged Aug. 10; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
