Crash: Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 6:50 p.m. Oct. 30 on Route 21, 148 feet west of Locust Avenue, state police said. Police said a vehicle operated by Annette Phillips, 50, of Sycamore, struck the rear of a parked car and rolled over. Phillips was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.

Harassment: Stacey Short, 39, of Waynesburg faces a charge of harassment for allegedly striking James Earl Tharp, 41, of Waynesburg, in the face at 12:15 a.m. Saturday at 2658 Smith Creek Road, state police said.
