The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:

Gary D. Wells, 57, 1090 Michigan Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a refusal and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 28, 2012; sentence – 20 days to 12 months on electronic home monitoring with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine, alcohol highway safety school and 12-month license suspension.

Christopher L. Roberts, 27, 405 Tenth St., Charleroi; simple assault; charged Aug. 24, 2013; 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Morgan A. Teters, 24, 135 Jollick Manor, Washington; second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 1; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Zachery S. Griggs, 26, Corona, Calif.; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 28, 2007; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Jessica J. Richter, 31, 837 Meadow Drive, West Mifflin; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 5; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Dale A. Weaver, 44, 38 Moyer Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 6; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Dustin K. Fullgraf, 40, 300 Dorthy St., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; driving with suspended license and operating a vehicle without insurance; charged April 5; sentence – 18 months of probation and $500 fine.

Cameron Grogan, 21, 31 Columbus Drive, Monessen; possession with intent to deliver; charged April 28; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail, 3 years of probation, funds seized and firearms destroyed.

Amanda M. Burnsworth, 27, 141 Wisebecker Lane, Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and retail theft; charged May 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jonathan T. Moyar, 25, 15 Iron St., Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence; charged March 22; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment programs with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring and SCRAM, $1,000 fine, 18-month license suspension and 1-year Interlock ignition device.

Peter Martin, 53, 129 Tripp Hill Road, Sycamore; second offense of driving under the influence; charged March 21; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months onelectronic home monitoring and first 3 months on SCRAM, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Dalance M. Jackson, 28, 386 Morgantown St., Uniontown; false identification to law enforcement; charged July 29, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Sarah A. Maloni, 48, 164 Valley Road, Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged March 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kristie M. Wilson, 22, 102 Slovick Lane, McDonald; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 14; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 12-month license suspension and $1,000 fine.

Gregory A. Davis, 23, 636 Highland Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 21; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program.

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
