Needle & yarn craft workshop will be held at 10 a.m. Feb. 13 at Citizens Library, Washington. The project will be a pearl scarf pin with a valentine theme. All supplies will be provided. Love Birds, a homeschool outdoor classroom, will be held Feb. 14 at Mingo Creek County Park, Route 136, park office. The program is designed for homeschooled children 5 to 11 years old.

Bentleyville Public Library will host the first meeting of the Bentworth Seed Lending Library Initiative at 6 p.m. Feb. 19.
