Marshalls opening Thursday in Crown Center

Off-price fashion retailer Marshalls will open its doors Thursday in Washington Crown Center. The 25,000-square-foot store offers designer fashion for ladies, men, and kids, as well as the latest shoes, handbags, accessories, and home décor at discounted prices.
The retailer said in a press release it will receive 10,000 new items each week, making it a go-to destination for popular trends.
The store is located adjacent to Sears with entrances from the interior and exterior of the mall.
A ribbon-cutting with local officials is planned for 7:40 a.m.
Washington Crown Center General Manager Michael Joyce said the addition of Marshalls is one step toward the mall’s goal of strengthening Washington Crown Center as a retail hub for customers with a wide range of shopping needs.”
Washington Crown Center, anchored by Macy’s, Sears, The Bon-Ton, Gander Mountain, and Hollywood Theaters, features more than 60 specialty retailers including American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Finish Line, GameStop, Hot Topic, Kay Jewelers, and Victoria’s Secret. The mall is also home to Kid’s Kingdom, Sterling Medical, and the Community College of Allegheny County – Washington Branch, furthering its position as a centerpiece of the community.
