Tanger Outlets said Wednesday that bath and beauty retailer Crabtree & Evelyn will open a store in the South Strabane Township shopping venue on Oct. 1.

Founded as a family business in 1972, Crabtree & Evelyn evolved into an international retail chain, which in addition to bath and body products sells a variety of gorumet foods, candles, home decor and gifts.
