Tender Care center has open house today

Tender Care Learning Center, which opened June 30 in the Park Place development, will have an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. It is on Park Place Drive in North Strabane Township, near the intersection of Route 19 and Racetrack Road.
