GAI adding space in Southpointe II

Commercial real estate firm JLL Pittsburgh announced environmental and engineering consulting company GAI Consultants Inc. signed a long-term lease for more than 20,000 square feet in the Embassy Park building at 6000 Town Center Boulevard in Southpointe II.
The new lease becomes effective Jan. 1.
JLL said in a news release despite GAI’s unexpired lease term at its current Southpointe location, JLL was able to identify a creative solution and move GAI into the new office that is triple the size of its previous space.
JLL serves as a strategic advisor for all of GAI’s 41 national properties, covering more than 380,000 square feet across the United States.
