A spokesman for McMurray-based Crossgates Inc. said Monday the company has completed leasing for a building it developed in Southpointe II.
Ryan Schwotzer, a vice president with Crossgates, said the 45,000-square-foot building, named for its address at 300 Woodcliff Drive, recently completed leasing for a variety of oil and gas companies and a technology firm.
Rice Energy has leased 18,380 square feet, adding to its space in another Southpointe building.
Computer Aid Inc., formerly located in the Parkway West area, took more than 15,000 square feet; NiSource Midstream Services, 6,000 square feet; and Stallion Oilfield Services, 3,000 square feet.
Schwotzer said the building, which is sited on 3.71 acres, was completed in May 2013. He said about 200 people will work there.
