GACO plans PennDOT seminar

CALIFORNIA – California University of Pennsylvania’s Government Agency Coordination Office will sponsor a seminar on “ECMS 3: PennDOT Registration and Prequalification for Contractors and Consultants” from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 9 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Pittsburgh Downtown, One Bigelow Square, Pittsburgh.

At this free seminar, Mark Corbin, director of the Small Business Enterprise Supportive Services Center, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, will provide tips and strategies for working with PennDOT. Seminar topics include the following:

• Get ready to work with PennDOT by becoming familiar with the Business Partner Registration

• Learn the initial steps required for PennDOT prequalification of consultants and contractors

• Discover the benefits of becoming a PennDOT Certified Small Business
