New deli opens at Meadows Casino

The Meadows Casino food court is now a bit old-fashioned.

Silver Star Old Fashioned Deli opened there, in the space of the former Perks Espresso bar. It is owned by Silver Star Meats of McKees Rocks.

Deli sandwiches, subs, salads, sides and made-from-scratch soups are available. Deli meat is sold there by the pound, and whole Silver Star hams can be purchased there for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Mother’s Day.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
