The third time wasn’t a charm for Sarah Ladislaw and the W&J Energy Lecture Series.

Ladislaw’s lecture, slated for Wednesday night, was postponed for a third time. Her program, “Energy Trends in North America,” was scheduled – and canceled – twice in February, then reset for next week.

Diana Stares, director of the Center for Energy Policy and Management at Washington & Jefferson College, said the school canceled the third try because of International Week, which is always brimming with on-campus events, including other lectures. She said Ladislaw was rescheduled for September.

Stares is attempting to get another speaker for this month.

Ladislaw is director and senior fellow of the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Energy and National Security Program.
