Six will vie for Athena Award May 6

One of six finalists will be selected for the annual Athena Award to be presented by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce at a luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. May 6 at Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe.
The award goes to the woman judged to have achieved professional excellence, provided leadership opportunities for women and had a strong impact on Washington County.
The finalists are: Ester Clark Barnes, Southwest Training Services; Anna Berg, Pennsylvania American Water; Katherine B. Emery, president judge, Washington County Common Pleas Court; Kathleen Kleinmann, Tri County Patriots for Independent Living; Kim Shoup, Northwest Savings Bank; and Mindy M. Zatta, Mosaic Wealth Consulting.
Karin Mayr, founder of Sabika Jewelry, will be the keynote speaker.
The cost is $50 for members of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, $65 for non-members.
