Horizon to lease ex-Fairmont Supply HQ
CANONSBURG – Horizon Properties Group said Tuesday it has been chosen to lease the former Fairmont Supply headquarters building in Southpointe II.
The 75,000 square-foot building was vacated by the company, which was a subsidiary of Consol Energy Inc., when Consol sold it earlier this year to Tenex Capital Management.
Michael Swisher and Sharon Stanek will lead the leasing effort of the Class A office building with naming rights.
Fairmont Supply recently relocated its headquarters to its warehouse and distribution center on Jefferson Avenue in Washington.
