Food service firm signs Zenith Ridge lease

Burns & Scalo Real Estate has secured a lease from Elior North America for 7,000 square feet in Zenith Ridge II in Southpointe II.

Elior, based in Charlotte, N.C., owns a number of food service companies. Its Zenith Ridge II property will be a central location Aladdin Food Services LLC, based in Wheeling, W.Va., and and Cura Hospitality of Orefield, Pa.

Burns & Scalo is headquartered in Green Tree.
