Chamber accepting Athena Award nominations
The Washington County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the annual Athena Award.
The internationally recognized award is presented to a person living or working in Washington County that supports women’s business leadership and meets the following requirements:
• Demonstrates excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession;
• Provides valuable service to improve the quality of life for others in their community;
• Actively assists women in achieving their full leadership potential.
The award recipient will be announced on May 6 during the Athena Award presentation at the Hilton Garden Inn, Southpointe.
Applications are due to the chamber by March 1,
