Bacon, Bourbon & Beer opens today
After several delays, Bacon, Bourbon & Beer is opening in Park Place at the Meadowlands.
The upscale bar/restaurant will launch at 11 a.m. today in the mixed-use complex in North Strabane Township. It is near the intersection of Route 19 and Racetrack Road in North Strabane Township.
Shawn Janovich, a Washington High School graduate, and Will Wilson are the co-owners of the facility. Bacon, Bourbon & Beer is in the middle of the three-tiered project, to the left of another restaurant, El Paso Mexican Grill. B3 has 2,688 square feet inside and out; seating for 109 — 17 at the bar, 68 at tables and 24 in the patio — and employs 15.
There are 28 beers on tap, about 30 selections of bourbon and a varied menu.
B3 will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday, will be closed Sunday, then be in operation daily. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday; 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
