Area contractor signs lease in Southpointe
Horizon Properties Group announced Thursday that Monaro LLC has signed a lease in Southpointe II.
Monaro, a multidisciplined contractor, will occupy 5,486 square feet in J. Barry Center, 4600 J. Barry Court.
Monaro, a partnership of Monadelphous and Mascaro Construction, will focus on construction in the gas, energy and chemical processing markets in the Northeast.
CEO and President Bob Santillo said in a statement: “We have chosen Southpointe because it is in a central location that will enable Monaro to recruit outstanding team members who want to become part of an exciting new opportunity.”
Horizon is based at the Cecil Township mixed-use park and is the lead developer of Southpointe II.
