Burgettstown music venue renamed KeyBank Pavilion

KeyBank said Wednesday its is continuing the sponsorship agreement with Live Nation for the naming rights of the former First Niagara Pavilion in Hanover Township.

Cleveland-based KeyBank, which completed its acquisition of First Niagara Financial Group in August, said in a press release that effective immediately the popular summertime concert venue will be called KeyBank Pavilion.

“The partnership with Live Nation has been very good and sponsoring the pavilion provides a strong community connection for establishing our bank brand in Western Pennsylvania,” said Todd Moules, KeyBank market president. “The relationship with this unique entertainment venue continues to provide important media and hospitality value to our customers throughout the region.”

Mark Abend, senior vice president for venue sales for Live Nation, said the company was pleased that KeyBank was lending its name to the 23,000-seat outdoor concert destination.

“We anticipate an outstanding line-up of concerts next year,” Abend said.
