Pipeline program Thursday at W&J
Washington & Jefferson College’s Center for Energy Policy and Management will present an informational program, “Pipelines 101: Answering Your Questions About Midstream Development,” on campus Thursday.
The program, in partnership with the Local Government Academy, will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Burnett Center. Speakers will address topics such as types of natural gas pipelines; design, review and permitting processes; roles of regulatory agencies/pipeline oversight; real estate impacts; and conclusions from the Pipeline Infrastucture Task Force.
Free early registration, which can be made on the CEPM website, www.washjeff.edu/center-for-energy-polcy-management, is limited. Registration afterward will be through partner organizations of the Shale Gas Knowledge Hub.
