EIGHTY FOUR – With rising rates of homebuilding in the southeast, 84 Lumber Co. has opened its newest store in Ruskin, Fla.

The company said in a press release Florida has experienced a steady increase in population, indicating a need for more residential housing options.

The company said its Ruskin store will provide professional contractors and do-it-yourselfers an alternative solution for their building materials and lumber needs. With more than 4,000 square feet, the Ruskin store is the 14th 84 Lumber store in Florida building upon an existing footprint which includes Fort Lauderdale, Orange Park and Plant City.
