Local salon to attend private N.Y. hairstyle showing
The staff of Gorgeous by Sorelle, 1855 W. Chestnut St., will attend an exclusive private showing Wednesday of “Shift,” the 2017 collection of hairstyles from Anthony Mascolo and the TIGI International creative team at the TIGI New York Academy.
Mascolo is a principal of the Toni & Guy USA chain of hair salons, which uses the TIGI brand of hair care products.
The local salon, which is only one of two in the United States to view the new collection, was selected by TIGI at the recommendation of area representative Courtney Gatten.
Gorgeous by Sorelle is owned by Rikki Iams Insana and Jessie Shriver.
