Children in grades K-8 collaborate with other Master Builders on their own designs or special building challenges.
Family Night, 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays starting Jan. 16
Evening Story Hour for all ages – theme stories, games and activities to share. Please check the website for weekly themes.
Table Top Gaming, 3-6 p.m.
Wednesdays
More than 20 games from which to choose, including classics such as Monopoly, Scrabble and House on the Hill. If you can’t make this organized playing time, stop by anytime to play.
Of Dice and Men, 2 p.m.
Saturdays
Role-playing games weekly, including tabletop and role-gaming sessions, a variety of games, most notably Dungeons & Dragons and Call of Cthulhu. For teens and adults; newcomers should come an hour early to set up characters for play.
Nonfiction Book Club
Join us each month as we discuss a book selected by the book club members. Light refreshments will be served. New members are welcome! Call the library for more information.
Page Turners (high school students) Book Club

Are you a student in grades 7-12 who enjoys writing? Whether you enjoy writing fiction, poetry, short stories or more, stop by to meet like-minded teens. Open Mic Poetry
Calling all poets ages 13 and up and those that enjoy poetry. In the first quarter of 2018, the library will have an open mic all about poetry. Come recite your poems or listen to those created by others in the community. Registration will be required for those wishing to present a poem. Refreshments will be served. Escape Room Adventure
Have you ever wanted to try an escape room but haven’t yet? Now is your chance. The library is bringing an escape room-like experience to Canonsburg. Adventurers will have the opportunity to crack codes, discover clues and solve puzzles with family and friends. On two Saturdays during the first quarter of 2018, we plan to offer two separate experiences – one geared towards families with elementary aged students and one for those ages 12 and up.
