It was the British poet Alfred, Lord Tennyson, who famously wrote, “In the Spring a young man’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love.” Well, I’m no longer young, and I can’t even find my fancy to turn it, so I’m going to skip straight to the first news quiz of 2024.
