Lemley – McMahon

The beach at Asbury Park, N.J. was the site for the wedding of Taryn McMahon and Keith Calvert Lemley, who were married September 22, 2012, with the bride’s aunt, Colleen Rafter, officiating.

The bride’s parents are Bill and Peggy McMahon of Oakhurst, N.J.

Parents of the bridegroom are Albie and Diana Thompson of Enola, formerly of Greene County, and the late Bruce Lemley.

Maid of honor for her sister was Meghan McMahon.

Best man was the groom’s brother, Will Thompson.

Readers were Patsy McMahon, the bride’s aunt and Gerald Calvert, uncle of the groom.

A reception with dinner was held at McCloone’s Supper Club.

The couple met at Penn State, where they both graduated with bachelor of fine arts degrees in sculpture.

The bride received a master’s degree in printmaking from the University of Iowa.

The groom received a master’s degree in sculpture from the University of Wisconsin.

Both have been involved in Artist in Residence programs, teaching at college level and creating new works shown in galleries throughout the country.
