McCloskey – Omiros
Mr. and Mrs. George J. Omiros of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Helene, to Keven Andrew McCloskey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kelly McCloskey of Belle Vernon.
Alicia’s grandparents are Daniel and Helen Florent of Mt. Lebanon and the late Chris and Alice Omiros.
Keven’s grandparents are Joan McCloskey of Charleroi, the late Rudy McCloskey and the late Joel and Sarah Faust.
The future bride is a 2005 graduate of Uniontown Area Senior High School and a 2009 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in elementary education. She is a third-grade teacher in Frazier School District in Perryopolis and a sales associate at Abby’s Gold & Gems of Uniontown.
The future groom is a 2005 graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School and a 2009 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in civil engineering. He is an engineer and designer of structures with SPK Engineering Inc. of Uniontown.
The couple met while attending Penn State.
A July 2013 wedding is planned at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church in Monessen.
